About Project
Located in Vancouver’s vibrant Yaletown neighbourhood, 8X on the Park rises 35 storeys and delivers 191 sustainable homes above an expansive two‑acre park. Developed by Brenhill Developments and designed by GBL Architects, the tower’s form subtly shifts in eight‑storey bands and features distinctive “X”‑pattern solar shading on the Richards Street facade. DC Steel provided rebar installation, supporting the delivery of this striking urban landmark.
