About Project
Located in downtown Vancouver, the Manulife Financial Tower at 980 Howe Street is a 16-storey LEED Gold-certified office building developed by EllisDon. Offering over 268,000 sq. ft. of premium workspace, the tower includes street-level retail, a public lobby with a winter garden, and five levels of underground parking. Designed by HDR and Endall Elliot Associates, the project integrates sustainable features such as high-performance glazing, rainwater harvesting, and energy-efficient HVAC systems. DC Steel provided rebar installation, supporting the delivery of this award-winning commercial development.
