The second phase of this precedent-setting development, Containers Tower 2 is an 8-storey, 128,000 sq. ft. Class ‘AAA’ office building located at 468 Terminal Avenue in Vancouver’s False Creek Flats. Developed by Rize Alliance and designed by B+H Architects, the building blends modern architectural excellence with subtle references to the area's railway history. Fully leased to the Canada Revenue Agency, it anchors a growing tech and innovation hub with strong transit connections. DC Steel provided rebar installation, supporting the delivery of this modern federal workplace.
