The Independent
About Project
Located in the heart of Mount Pleasant, the Independent is a 21-storey mixed-use tower developed by Rize Alliance and designed by Acton Ostry Architects. Completed in 2019, the project features 258 homes, integrated retail space, and a public plaza, reflecting the unique character and energy of the surrounding neighbourhood. DC Steel provided rebar installation, contributing to the delivery of this community-focused urban landmark.
