UBC Gage Residence

The UBC Gage Residence is a cornerstone of the university’s student housing expansion, providing modern, sustainable accommodation steps from the heart of campus. Developed by UBC Properties Trust, the project features three residential towers offering over 1,000 beds, ground-floor dining and retail, community amenities, and enhanced pedestrian connectivity to the UBC Bus Exchange. With contemporary massing, clean architectural lines, and durable exterior finishes, Gage Residence delivers an elevated living experience for UBC’s growing student population. DC Steel supported the project through rebar installation across multiple buildings.
