About Project
Located in the heart of New Westminster, 618 Carnarvon is a 33-storey mixed-use tower developed by Urban One. The project includes 262 condo units, 13 townhomes, and a commercial podium with three retail spaces. With over 30,000 sq. ft. of green space—featuring landscaped courtyards, a community garden, play areas, and a rooftop lounge—the development integrates high-rise living with community-focused outdoor amenities. DC Steel provided rebar installation, supporting the delivery of this modern urban community.
