Abcellera GMP Facility

Located in Vancouver’s False Creek Flats, AbCellera’s 100,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility supports the company’s mission to advance antibody therapies into clinical trials. Designed by Chernoff Thompson Architects, the purpose-built facility includes laboratory space, 18,000 sq. ft. of offices, GMP-compliant biologics manufacturing areas, and integrated warehouse functions. Completed in 2024 after a four-year development process, the project strengthens Vancouver’s position as a growing biotech hub. DC Steel provided rebar installation, contributing to the delivery of this state-of-the-art life sciences facility.
