About Project
Georgetown One is the first tower in Anthem’s master-planned community in Surrey City Centre. Rising 30 storeys, the tower anchors a vibrant mix of residential, retail, and public space designed to redefine Surrey’s downtown core. As part of this landmark development, DC Steel delivered rebar installation, supporting the successful build of this key high-rise.
