L’arche Greater Vancouver

L’Arche Greater Vancouver community is a purpose-built residential and program facility that supports adults with developmental disabilities. The project includes 22 fully accessible suites, 10 semi-independent units for seniors, and 29 affordable rental units for individuals with low to moderate incomes. With approximately 12,000 sq. ft. of administrative and program space, the development acts as the central hub for inclusion, outreach, and community connection. Developed by TL Housing Solutions, and in partnership with Community Living BC, BC Housing, and the City of Burnaby, DC Steel contributed rebar installation to help bring this meaningful project to life.
