L'Arche Greater Vancouver

A purpose-built community where people with developmental disabilities and those who assist them live in family-like settings. As the central hub for the L’Arche community, the project provides approximately 12,000 sf of administrative and program space for variety of inclusion and community outreach programs. 22 highly accessible suites for adults, 10 semi-independent units for seniors plus 29 affordable rental units for low- and moderate-income individuals. Developed in partnership with Community Living BC, BC Housing and the City of Burnaby.
