Loma

Loma is a 25-storey mixed-use high-rise developed by ML Emporio. The project features residential units atop ground-level commercial space, combining contemporary design with urban convenience. With an estimated total floor area of 130,000 sq. ft., Loma contributes a bold architectural statement to the Lougheed corridor. DC Steel provided rebar installation, supporting the construction of this modern, transit-oriented development.
