About Project
Located in downtown Vancouver’s Art and Events District, The Smithe is a luxury residential tower developed by Boffo Developments and designed by GBL Architects. Rising 26 storeys, the tower features refined interiors and a sculptural exterior defined by shifting eight-storey bands and signature ‘X’‑pattern solar shading. DC Steel provided rebar installation, supporting the delivery of this architecturally distinctive high-rise.
