About Project
The UBC Exchange Residences offer modern, sustainable student housing in the heart of the university campus. Developed by Heatherbrae Builders, the project features four residential towers above a transit and retail hub, combining contemporary design with community-focused amenities. DC Steel provided rebar installation, contributing to the construction of this high-density, transit-integrated student living environment.
